Training of the Week; October 15th – October 20th; 2017

Snatch training – 5 sets of Snatches: First set should be done with light Kettlebell and then every set you increase weight by 1 – 2 kg, up to your competition weight or even a little bit heavier than your competition weight, because sets are not very long. For finisher we prepared an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) combination of crunches, swings and thrusters! Be there! October 3 – members
