20/100 EGSA Protocol – #2.0

This is an advanced version of 20/100 plan. 


Goal is to start with about same weight (you can start with 2 kg less, just to make sure you reach as heavy weight as possible), and as original plan, and increase weight every 5 minutes.

BUT, you only do this twice, last 5 sets try to increase weight EVERY SET! 

That way you do 15 sets of 5 reps, which is enough for developing VO2max, and 100% sure you can do at least two more sets.
Mentally, this training is EASIER, because you dont need to “fight” same weight twice.
The downside of the plan is that you have to have 1kg Kettlebell increments, or even less for girls. 
If you are a beast like Gregor (yeah yeah, I know 🙂 ), than you can play with 2kg increments!
